- The Ladies National is the annual tournament organised by the Ladies National Committee. The Committee’s decisions shall be final and binding on all competitors and in all matters appertaining to the running of the competition.
- Each Club and the Combined Society shall make an annual contribution to the Ladies National Committee in order to help defer the costs of running the competition. The Host Club shall be exempt from the contribution.
- All competitors must have an active CONGU handicap, which for the purpose of entry into this competition shall not exceed a playing handicap of 29.
- The Tournament is open to all lady players who are members of Golf Clubs and Societies which are affiliated to the Association of Jewish Golf Clubs & Societies.
- All competitors must be full paying members of their golf club (5 & 7 day members), country members are not eligible to play. The minimum age for entry is 16.
- Members of a Society affiliated to the Association of Jewish Golf Clubs & Societies (with the exception of the Society of Jewish Lady Golf Captains) who join an affiliated Club may choose to continue playing for the Society. However if they decide to play for their affiliated Club they cannot revert back to the Society.
Ladies who are members of clubs not affiliated to the AJGC&S may play in the Combined Societies Team if they also are members of the Society of Jewish Lady Golf Captains. - Buggies are not permitted, either for player or their caddy
- Competitors may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only. If a player uses a distance measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g. gradient, wind speed, temperature etc), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional function is actually used.
